In the newsletter you send you will find a link at the bottom of the e-mail with which you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

You can reserve without a credit card.

Where can I find the payment terms and the account number?

At the bottom of your reservation confirmation are payment conditions, the account number and the amount that you need to transfer.

Do I have to pay the full amount or a down payment?

If you book more than 8 weeks before arrival, you must transfer 35% of the rent within ten days to our bank account. The remaining payment will be made no later than eight weeks before the arrival date.

If you book a last minute, we will send you an invoice that you must send immediately after receipt of the confirmation of your reservation by express transfer (for example via iDeal or Paypall).

Where can I share my holiday experiences with others?

A few days after your stay you will receive an e-mail from us asking for your experiences. Your assessment can be expressed in numbers and words, which are then placed (after a check) on our website. Completing the assessment takes only a few minutes. Two weeks after the first email you will receive a reminder for giving an assessment.

What is included in the price?

Below the prices of a holiday home you can see which additional costs are charged. During the booking process you will see whether you pay these costs in advance or on arrival. This is also stated on your invoice.

Do I pay tourist tax?

During the booking you will see how much tourist tax you have to pay.

Do I pay separately for water and energy use?

Consumption of water, electricity and heating is included in the rent. If this is not the case, this is mentioned in the case of additional costs.

When will I receive the deposit back?

If after your departure everything is in order with the holiday home, then there are two possibilities for return. This varies per apartment:

  1. If you pay the deposit on the spot, you will also receive this on the spot.
  2. If you have paid the deposit in advance to the owner, you will receive it back into your account after your stay. The agreements on this are on your reservation confirmation from the owner.
  3. Sometimes the deposit is a one-off authorization.
How do I find an available holiday accommodation?

You can find available accommodations via the search engine on the homepage of the website.

You can select by destination, city, length of stay, number of people, month and arrival day. After confirming this search you can then further filter the selection by means of the various characteristics in the left column.

Another option is to type an accommodation name in the test box on the right side of the homepage. You can also search here by destination and holiday park.

I do not find a suitable holiday accommodation? Can you help me with this?

Our current offer can be found via the search engine on the homepage. If you can not find suitable accommodation, please contact or contact telefoniach. We are happy to help you find a suitable accommodation.

What is the procedure when I make an online booking?

If you have made a booking through the website, you will receive the reservation confirmation of your stay via your e-mail. Your request will be processed by us and you will receive a confirmation of the reservation within a few days, followed by the invoice sent by email.

Can I bring my pet?

On the page of the accommodation at 'features' you can indicate whether a pet is allowed (in consultation). Often the 'special features' or additional costs indicate whether you can take your pet with you for free or against payment.

With how many persons can I stay in the holiday home? Are there extra people with it?

On the page of the accommodation you can see how many people are allowed. It is not permitted to bring extra persons with you unless this is expressly stated (in the text, with the details or with the additional costs).

Is a baby included as a traveling person?

The maximum number of people allowed is indicated for each accommodation. This statement includes babies and children, unless it is explicitly stated that an extra baby is allowed on top of this number.

Where can I find the rental conditions?

The rental conditions will be sent via a link with the reservation confirmation and you can find them at the bottom of the wesbite.

Where can I pick up the key to my holiday accommodation?

You will receive the key to your holiday residence from the owner / key holder / reception which is present on arrival, unless your booking confirmation states that you must pick up the key at a different location or have agreed otherwise with the owner.

Can I smoke in my accommodation?

The 'characteristics' of the accommodation on the website state whether smoking is permitted or not.

What is the arrival and departure time?

The arrival and departure times can be found on the page of the accommodation and at the bottom of your booking confirmation.

I have forgotten something in my holiday home. How can I get this back?

You can contact the key holders of your holiday accommodation. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Can I cancel my confirmation?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours after the booking date, unless the stay falls within one month after the booking. If this period is over the cancellation conditions apply as stated in the rental conditions (to be found as an attachment to the reservation confirmation or on the website).

How do I submit a change later?

The passing on of a change with regard to a booking can be done by e-mail or by telephone. See the contact page.
